How long does shipping typically take for US customers? For US customers we cover free U.S. priority mail shipping (1-3 days advertised), but you can choose to expedite it using UPS. 

How long does shipping glove take for Canadian customers? Typically glove shipping takes 5-14 days using USPS + Canada Post, or quicker should you choose UPS. 

How much does international shipping cost for sticks? Normally falls in the 40-50 USD range for sticks to make it out of the country.

How long does international shipping take for sticks? USPS is normally 5-10 days for North America, 10-20 for Europe and other international customers. UPS can be as short as a week.

What is the return/exchange policy? We cover free outbound shipping so we just ask the customer returns to product to our shop (return address on shipping label), and you will be fully refunded or have your product exchanged. We will always cover the outbound shipping for US customers!

What is the warranty on TA Gear?   Some of these gear designs use modern construction, but others use vintage construction. Some of the gear is even made by hand, but we strive for all of it to be quality. Therefore we'll state that if you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first month of getting it, we will refund your money 100%.
